The Educators of Color Symposium (EoC) 2026 will convene educators, school leaders, and emerging leaders committed to strengthening schools through intentional, evidence-based leadership practices. The symposium will bring together 300+ educators and leaders from across the region for a day of professional learning, dialogue, and networking focused on sustainable school improvement.
