As employers across the country face a widening skills gap, this initiative aims to better prepare students to make informed decisions and confidently pursue career opportunities.

You are cordially invited to a virtual event introducing the Advanced Placement Career Kickstart: Business Principles/Personal Finance course—an innovative new program launching in Fall 2026 through a partnership between the College Board and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.We will showcase how this course is equipping high school students with real-world business and personal finance skills—essential tools in today’s rapidly evolving workforce. Islay Walden Education Alliance and The Robert Chelsea Foundation are joining forces to advocate for Kidney Transplant, Tissue and Organ Donation within the Black Community. Called the Kidney, Tissue, and Organ Issue (KOTI), we seek to improve health outcomes for Black patients in tangible and sustainable ways.
